Trent and his dad, Dennis, shot a mother and two cubs, and a mother
with a single cub on two consecutive nights... with a VIDEO camera!!!
We ended our season after 4 nights of hunting with Steve harvesting
this
bear and headed for home!

I was going to bait the site when I walked in and noticed a bear at
the barrel. He spooked so I baited it and called my wife to tell her I
just scared a bear off my site . She said go back in and maybe you will
get one . I was alittle hesitant but grabbed the camera rifle and headed
back in to the site . I never made it to the stand set the camera up and
the show started ! 50 yd shot smoked him wt 122lb. Not the biggest bear
in the woods but exciting just the same !

Age 7 harvests his FIRST Black Bear in the great state of New Hampshire!
Tyler had seen these bears during turkey season and wanted to try and get
one in the fall. Boy did he ! Dad set him up with a 50 cal muzzle loader
with 70 grains of powder . The shot was 25 yds from a ground blind . On
the way in to the stand Tyler spotted a MONSTER bear out in the blueberry
field heading towards the bait . After letting the bear get in the woods
Dad and Tyler set up in the ground blind and waited to see if a bear was
going to get in Tyler's sights . Well as luck would have a 262lb boar bear
showed up and Tyler was shaking all over. It was the first time dad had
ask him if he was going to shoot! When Tyler pulled the trigger the
Smoke filled the air and 50 yds off in the distance we heard the " death
moan" . Tyler and dad were both shaking! Dad was very proud of his little
man and his smoke pole shooting!
